Camp Cory, Penn Yan, NY on Keuka Lake
We would like to announce that we have changed camping facilities this year and will be using Camp Cory, a YMCA Camp on Keuka Lake in Penn Yan, NY for our annual Ticapalooza. This is a great facility that will give us the opportunity to introduce our campers to many new activities including basketball, tennis, soccer, rock wall climbing, zip line, archery, canoeing and kayaking to name a few. There will be one counselor familiar with TS for every 6 - 8 children. The campers will sleep in cabins for 10 (2 adults per cabin) with full bathrooms in every cabin. All meals will be served in the camp dining room. The camp provides trained and certified staff who will run all activities. There will also be a registered nurse on duty all weekend to dispense medications.
We are able to offer this fabulous weekend to all residents of the TSA of Greater NY State chapter area who are TSA members who wish to attend from across the state for a fee of $120.00 per camper. If you live within the chapter area but are not a member of TSA of Greater NYS, the fee for each camper will be $150 for the weekend. If you are currently not a member, you can become one and pay the lesser registration fee by joining TSA, Inc. and TSA of Greater NY State by completing the membership form (link below) and returning to the address indicated. We will be making arrangements for a bus to transport campers from the Buffalo area. We have some scholarships available for anyone who needs. When you register, we ask that you also fill out, sign and return the attached medical and information forms for your child. You will receive an email confirmation that your registration has been received. Once we get closer to the weekend, you will also receive further details of the weekend activities as well as directions to the camp. If any family coming from a distance would like to stay in a cabin at the camp, they do have limited facilities available. If you register by email, please then send a check to the address below. You can also pay on the TSA website using Paypal. Space is limited so please register early.
